Senner Tuning AG, based in Ingelheim am Rhein, presented a subtly modified BMW 640i Cabrio (F12) in March of this year that we would like to show you. The optical highlight of the tuning is in any case the three-part mbDESIGN KV3.3 wheel set in 21 inches, which with polished beds and matt black stars still allows a lot of understatement on the Munich. The wheelset is specially made for this vehicle in the dimensions 9 × 21 & 10,5 × 21 inches and the mounted Continental tires have the format 255/30 ZR21 at the front and 295/25 ZR21 at the rear. So that the setup works properly, Senner Tuning has installed a KW Variant 3 coilover kit and something has also happened under the hood.
Chiptuning and 21 Zöller
Here you help the 320 PS & 450 Nm strong N55B30 turbo in-line six-cylinder by means of chip tuning to a performance jump to 379 PS and 540 NM and thus comes very close to the N63B44-V8 from the 650i. There was also a convertible top module for remote-controlled opening and closing of the convertible top, a set of black kidneys and tailpipes and a sports air filter is also installed.
