The real ones BMW /// M enthusiasts are at least as fond of the E36 model generation as they are in the legendary E30 predecessor. Only with the great advantage that a well-preserved E36 is much more affordable. However, here the last few years show the well-maintained models in the original state also significantly in value. And at least in the range of 25.000 € we are arranging this Arctic Silver painted US M3 Coupe. Although there were quite a few tuning parts, but everything is appropriate style on the M3. By the way, there is a considerable difference to the Europe variant. This US-M3 is the direct successor of the M3 3.0 sedan with S50B30US six-cylinder. A model from 1996 that with the engine based on the M50 / M52 from the 328i also delivers 320 Nm, but "only" 245 hp.
US BMW E36 M3 on Forgestar Alus
It is a completely different engine that basically has nothing to do with the S50B32 from the M3 with 321 PS & 350 Nm we know. Evil tongues claim it's an 328i coupe in the M3 garb. For us it does not matter because we find this specimen fabulous. The M3 got a set of dark gray Forgestar M14 forged wheels with Ventus V12 tires in 18 x 8,5 front and 18 x 9,5 rear dimensions. And a look through the narrow spokes of the Aulus reveals a modified brake system. Installed here is a system from Brembo that with large perforated brake discs, as well as red painted brake calipers, the M3 artgerecht delayed. And there was also a lowering for the Munich Coupe, but there are no details at the moment.

The body you missed the front of a sporty aggressive front spoiler, there was a set of black kidneys and the darkened xenon headlights with modern Angel Eyes parking light rings and clear glass flashers are installed later. The rear view is dominated by a large fixed rear spoiler with additional spoiler lip and two stylish stainless steel tailpipes of the sports exhaust system. In the interior, the M3 shows with loving accents such as the new floor mats with M3 emblem, an aluminum pedal, the factory M colors on the seats and a M3 badge even for the trunk floor. The biggest change inside, however, is a multimedia unit with navigation, Bluetooth etc. which replaces the factory old cassette radio.
There are hardly any changes in the interior
For us an absolutely successful copy, and especially the fact that all changes can be reversed on request convinced us of the tuning of this classic.
