The year 2018 begins on the website of the tuner ModBargains with an absolute punch. On site was a BMW E92 M3 which has received a lot of changes but still brings exactly the understatement that an M3, in our opinion, needed. As far as we knew the vehicle was originally for a new wheel set at the tuner from La Habra in California (USA), the other changes may well have been carried out by other companies.
The wheel set consists of shiny black painted Forgestar F14 alloy wheels in 18 inches which are equipped with Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 tires. Of course, a clear lowering was not missing so that the wheelset sits perfectly in the wheel well and so lowered the body by means of fully adjustable BC Racing coilover suspension. As is known, the E92 generation is the only one standard M3 V8 model and thus the S65 high speed monster can be heard of course also had a sports exhaust system ago.
Decisions have been made for a Borla Atak stainless steel sports exhaust system in series look, however, with 4 x tailpipes including carbon sheathing convinced. In front there were shiny black kidneys including M-color stripe and a full carbon spoiler lip from CPS. Black side markings round off the visual appearance. The real highlight is, however, in our opinion, at the rear again. Here the owner built a full carbon tailgate with integrated rear spoiler from the manufacturer Amuse Ericcson and in addition there was a M3 emblem in black.
The new rear view is rounded off by an 3D design carbon rear diffuser which perfectly surrounds the sports exhaust system already mentioned. For us, this M3 is one of the most successful on the basis of the E92 generation we have seen so far and the absolute non plus ultra would probably only be a compressor conversion. Much more is due to the little information available to us at the moment not to say so that we leave it in the pictures.
