So somehow I can't make sense of the Japanese. I mean -> how can you get someone completely overloaded T to put on its feet, because of the spoilers and blink-blinking, hardly anything from the production model can be seen through and at the same time you build a body kit on the Mercedes AMG GT that lets established tuners like Brabus & Co. swallow? How do you explain such discrepancies, does the morning shift and the night shift work there? Anyway, luckily the latest project of the Japanese tuner is one that can definitely be assigned to the second category (possibly the early shift !?). I'm talking about the Black Bison Bodykit on the BMW 6 Series Gran Coupé (F06) that we already had with one in mid-April Preview have presented. Wald International has now completed the 6 Series (suitable for all BMW 6 Series of the F13 series) and the wait was definitely worth it. As known from other Black Bison body kits, a new front and rear bumper was also installed on the 6 series (front with front spoiler + rear with diffuser), a few side skirts and a discreet rear spoiler.
The design of the BMW 6er Gran Coupe
The lines and the design fit the 6 Series perfectly and even the somewhat idiosyncratic tailpipes want to look good on the Gran Coupe. The team from Wald International has published the modified F06 the days and we are of course pleased to be able to show you the pictures. After the extensive tuning cure that the 6 Series Gran Coupe was allowed to endure, it is now visually more individual and dynamic than the production version without being overdone or even looking chubby, as with some other projects. So if you have secretly been thinking of buying a 6 Series Gran Coupe or a 6 Series of the F12 series or even a happy owner, Wald International is certainly an interesting starting point when it comes to differentiating the vehicle from the series model. And for all those who are not necessarily located in the vicinity of the tuner, the vehicle may serve as a tuning template for the tuning partner on site.
As far as the further changes to optics or technology are concerned, we have tried to find out the most important details. As always, we have listed what came out of this in a small summary for you in the lower part of the article. These are the changes we know about the series of the BMW 6 Gran Coupe:
- Black Bison Bodykit (suitable for all BMW 6er of the F12 series, front and rear bumper changed, front spoiler, side skirts, rear diffuser, rear spoiler)
- black BMW M Performance kidneys and gills
- Wald International Alloy Wheels in 22 Inch (Black / Silver)
- Lowering (sports springs, coil springs, sports suspension, coilover suspension - more information is not available)
- darkened / tinted windows
- possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - more information is not available)
- possibly a sports exhaust system (modified tailpipes in 4 tube optics)
