BMW F80 M3 Competition on chic HRE FF04 rims

A beautiful car in front of a beautiful scenery (Grossglockner)! The pictures for this BMW F80 M3 Competition reached us directly from HRE (thanks Anastasia) and show an elegant M3 that, despite all the changes, still brings just the right understatement. The most striking feature is definitely the complete wrapping with one Avery Dennison slide which is perfectly staged in connection with some additional carbon aerodynamic parts. The subtle spoiler lip on the front M bumper, the mirror caps, the spoiler lip on the boot lid, the sports exhaust system including its carbon tailpipes and the obligatory black kidneys and gills come from the BMW M Performance Parts shelf. In addition, the interior was also decorated with performance parts and here it concerns the steering wheel and some carbon elements.

The elegant approaches for the side skirts, and also the rear diffuser, on the other hand, come from 3D Design and fit perfectly into the overall picture. A highlight are of course the new aluminum rims from the HRE shelf. This is the type FF04 which was installed on the front axle in 9,5 × 20 ET20 with 265/30/20 Pilot Sport 4S and on the rear axle it carries a whopping 11 × 20 ET43 with 295/30/20 Pilot Sport 4S. The surface of the rims is painted in liquid metal. Of course, a subtle lowering was installed but unfortunately we have no information about this at the moment.

Apart from the changes just mentioned, apparently nothing else has changed on the M3 so we leave you alone with the pictures at this point. 🙂 But if we do get some information about important changes, there is of course an update for this post. You will be informed about the update if you have ours Feed subscribe to. We hope you enjoy watching.

Update

News from 19.09.2017

The following project has been a bit longer, but of course we want to show it to you. The American tuner TAG Motorsports also put a M3 on a set of HRE FF04 rims and also on this vehicle, the setup looks just fabulous. The dimensions of the rims are a bit different on the front axle because here they decided for 20 × 10 inch. Rear dimensions are the same as 20 × 11 inches Avery Dennison blue foiled copy of above. But even this M3 got a lot of other changes missed.

To the new wheelset in Liquid Metal Finish There was a carbon fiber front splitter from the optional M Performance shelf, air inlets for the bumper, the obligatory kidneys and gills in black, a subtle spoiler lip for the tailgate and a sporty diffuser for the rear bumper. If you look closely you can also see modified tailpipes and so we assume that a sports exhaust system is installed. In addition, the side markings at the front are painted in the vehicle color and the reflectors in the rear bumper now shine in alpine white. The M3 is rounded off with a subtle lowering and a black M3 emblem on the tailgate.

Maybe there will soon be an update with information and pictures. If this is the case we will of course also put it online and inform you about it.
