Forget that Tumbler from the action movie Batman - The Dark Knight! What we're showing you today would certainly have convinced Bruce Wayne as Batman (Christian Bale), and if Christopher Nolan had seen this copy when he was directing, he would definitely have been certain of a role in the dark strip. Unfortunately, the production vehicle of the I8 was still a long way off at that time and even more so the body kit installed here Energy Motor Sport. For us, the extensive body kit is not really new, because already End 2015 as well as in the October 2016 we presented you two refined i8 with the eye-catching aerodynamic parts. As is well known, the spacey parts made of carbon include a completely newly developed front bumper, rather conspicuous fender flares including air vents at the front and rear and jagged large side skirts. And the rear doesn't have much in common with the series either, because there is a striking rear wing and a redesigned bumper.
A highlight of this unique vehicle is the 5 dual-spoke wheelset in matt black (Energy Individual TYPE4) which, in conjunction with a significant lowering, fills the wheel arches down to the last millimeter. As far as we know, they also put their hands on the exhaust system and so even the 3-cylinder is now able to emit an appealing sound to do justice to the extreme optics. Basically, not really a huge difference to the two linked vehicles from above, if it weren't for the extremely eye-catching foiling, which is supposed to be a homage to the "The Dark Knight" trailer. The basic color tone is an aubergine/purple, which shows its full effect especially on the edges and curves and looks breathtaking. Of course, the "Energy Motor Sport" lettering should not be missing, because you will hardly find a more spectacular advertising medium. In particular, the many small accents such as the Joker playing cards or the 3D embossing of the foil make the I8 so spectacular and in connection with the many dark visible carbon aerodynamic parts, the complete set-up looks overly successful, but also intentionally dark.
Friendliness looks different and if the hybrid appears in the rear-view mirror you should probably change lanes, because we have not received any information as to whether a few promising weapons are installed. 😱😱😜 But the vehicle is not only impressive in the dark , even in daylight there is probably no i8 in the world that has been extensively modified and still looks so successful. We hope that we will soon be able to contribute a video for this unique piece and of course we will inform you as soon as the time comes! If we get more information about the modifications to the i8, there is of course, as always, an update for this report. - 3D design foiling all around in matt purple & shiny purple and brushed optics
- Lowering (sports springs, coil springs, sports suspension, coilover suspension - more information is not available)
- darkened / tinted windows
- possibly an increase in performance - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion etc. - more information is not available)
- Sport exhaust system (more information is not available)
