If you've been pondering since you've seen this vehicle before, then you may still have this M2 on dull golden Versus Competition rims remembered from the beginning of April !? A vehicle with an identical color scheme was published on the Versus-Performance website at the weekend. But if you look closely you can see that the focus here was more on sportiness and not on elegance. Even the design of the BBS 10.00 × 19 rims looks much more dynamic and less elegant and the whole thing is of course highlighted by the striking Versus Carbon wing on the boot lid and the front splitter made of PE plastic on the front bumper. A KW 2-Way Clubsport coilover kit with changed spring rates and a setup from Versus Performance was installed so that the new aluminum rims fit perfectly in the wheel arches and the M3 also goes around the corner more snugly on the racetrack.

Thanks to the Pirelli Trofeo R tires, the M2 should literally stick to the road. Apart from the changes just mentioned, there was a brake update in the form of high-quality steel braided lines and the standard brake pads were replaced by those from Endless. And why was the braking system of the M2 optimized? Of course because a significant increase in performance was installed! The tuner built its own Versus Performance map optimization including V / Max cancellation which conjures up 370 PS & 500 NM torque from the standard 420 PS & 620 NM and thus enables a top speed of 295 km / h. Of course, the obligatory BMW M performance parts kidney and gills in black should not be missing and they round off the sporty impression on the outside.

The interior is also getting a few modifications and so a Versus Clubsport roll bar is now installed in the M2, which protects the occupants from worse in the event of a rollover. The proud owner is now sitting on Recaro Pole Position bucket seats with OMP 6-point belts and thus "firmly in the saddle". The overall package should make every standard M2 look old on the Nordschleife, and also on every other track, and even a near-series M3 / M4 will certainly not drive away from the compact coupé. If we get more information about the changes, there is of course an update for this post. You will be informed about the update if you have ours Feed subscribed. We hope you enjoy watching.
