Forget all Widebody Projects for the M3 / M4 and forget all foiling who have to attract attention with violence! We have it on the website of the Californian tuner Performance Technic Inc. a BMW F80 M3 discovered with just the right understatement, especially the strikingly styled vehicles loose in the shade. The M3 was foiled in Frozen Red and also got a few discreet aerodynamic parts and a set of shiny black painted alloy wheels provide the necessary contrast. It is a full foil which, apart from the carbon roof, envelops the entire bodywork and sets the perfect scene for the M3. In addition to the foiling, of course, the new alloy wheels are another highlight. Here, the owner decided on a set of BBS FI-R forged wheels in 20 inches with the aforementioned gloss black finish. If you look closely you can see through the spokes of the Alu's AP Racing BBK brake system with orange / red painted brake calipers and slotted brake discs.
And of course a lowering should not be missing in such a project, how exactly the significant lowering of the M3 came about that is unfortunately not known to us at the moment. However, we assume that either coil springs or a complete coilover kit is installed. For the carbon aerodynamic package, the choice fell on parts from the BMW M Performance Parts shelf because, as is well known, BMW offers a lot of options for customizing its vehicle ex works. A front splitter, subtle approaches for the side skirts, a spoiler lip on the boot lid and an aggressive rear diffuser were installed. Of course, the obligatory black kidneys and gills should not be missing on this BMW either, they too come from M Performance. The external impression is rounded off with black lettering from DINAN and side markings in vehicle color at the front are part of it. The DINAN lettering also gives rise to the assumption that an increase in performance has been made,as we already know are only possible with the Dinan S1 Package 530PS & 682NM torque.
This M3 may also be on the move with these performance dimensions. At least visually, a lot has changed on the engine because we see an engine cover painted in the vehicle color and the DINAN Carbon Air Intake System underlines our assumption about the increase in performance. And something has happened in the interior too, as a FOCAL sound system and carbon parts from the optional M Performance range were installed here. This M3 is an absolutely impressive example of the fact that no complex bodywork or flashy foiling are necessary to stand out from the crowd and to show your individuality. If we get more information about the modifications, there will of course, as always, be an update for this report.
