We thought that we would present a vehicle in time for the beginning of winter that would at least bring the desire for the 2017 spring / summer to the home computer. We have chosen a BMW M6 F13 convertible that was published on the website of the rim manufacturer Zito Wheels. The pictures were taken somewhere in California with a beautiful cloudless sky and definitely whet the appetite for summer. But back to the vehicle ... The V8 convertible has a set of Zito Wheels alloy wheels of the type ZS03, in 20 inches, which with their shiny black surface (piano black) fit perfectly. But it's not just the new alloy wheels that make the difference to the production vehicle, a few additional carbon aerodynamic parts also set the F13 apart.
At the front there is a front spoiler that visually pulls the M bumper down a little more and makes the convertible look even more dynamic and sporty. The black BMW M Performance kidneys and gills also contribute to the new look. And the rear was also modified and so the elegant convertible got a diffuser made of carbon and a subtle rear spoiler lip on the trunk lid. The 4 tailpipes also indicate a modified exhaust system and seem to have received a carbon coating. Maybe it is a system from Akrapovic or FI. Unfortunately, we have not yet had any more detailed information, nor do we know whether the convertible may have received an increase in performance or whether, as before, the 560PS standard output is a concern. What we know is that even the white foiling on the hood does not affect the optics and somehow wants to stand up to the M6.
The design of the film is reminiscent of the Vorsteiner logo, which in turn could mean that the front spoiler, diffuser and rear spoiler could come from the tuner in the USA. But as already mentioned, we are not aware of any information and it is just speculation on our part. But if we get more information about the modifications to the M6, there is of course, as always, an update for this post.
