BMW X6 M50d now also from G-Power with 455PS & 870NM

Reading time 3 Min.

As is well known, the phenomenal BMW N57D30S1 tri-turbo R6 diesel engine with standard 381PS and huge 740NM torque is installed in both the current BMW X5 F15 and the identical X6 F16 in the M50D variant. When we got the G-Power version with 455PS & 870NM we asked ourselves why the significant increase in performance is not also available for the X6 at the same time. If you wanted to drive an X6 modified by G-Power until now, you had to switch to the petrol alternative in the form of the 650PS X6M F86 fall back, which is certainly anything but boring, but also a stark contrast to diesel and also considerably more expensive. But now G-Power is pushing the performance cure, and also the optical parts of the X5 for the Sports Activity Vehicle (After-Sales Service ) X6 after. The X6 now also drives around on optional 23-inch HURRICANE RR forged wheels and benefits from an increase in performance to 455 hp (335 kW) and 870 Nm of torque. Due to the slightly better aerodynamics compared to the X5, the X6 should even be 1-2 tenths faster, but official acceleration values from G-Power are still missing. The guys around the G-Power team recently released the X6 and we absolutely have to show it to you. After the identical tuning cure that the X6 was allowed to endure, it is visually hardly changed compared to the production version, and only reveals the clear difference when you step on the accelerator. If you are thinking of buying a BMW X6 M50d in the future or already own one, G-Power is definitely an interesting starting point when it comes to differentiating the vehicle from the production model. As far as the changes made to the optics or the technology are concerned, we have already learned the first details. As usual, we have listed what we know below in a summary. If you discover any further changes that we have not listed, just use the comment box and let us know!

Ps. If you have more tuned vehicles like this one 600PS BMW M3 F80 or even one 380PS BMW M235i from G-Power just click on the photo reference below on the tuner name!
