Actually, one knows G-POWER yes with vehicles like that M3 GT2 S Ultimate, the well-known Hurricane RR or completely wrong G6M V10 HURRICANE CS ULTIMATE. Always looking for a new record and always at the limit! But G-POWER can also give a four-cylinder a helping hand. And that's not even new, decades ago G-Power made the BMW 02 models fit with double carburetors, camshafts and manifold kits, for example. Fortunately, you don't have to do that much on the hardware nowadays to achieve comparable results. The reason is the modern electronic engine control that allows changes to be made on the computer. G-POWER is committed to this at different vehicles Its Bi-Tronik 5 V1 power module provides the full power boost only at full throttle.
If you are traveling in the partial load range, the module remains inactive. However, if you press the stamp fully, there is the full performance plus. Further details such as the fact that the extra power is only activated when the prescribed oil temperature is reached, or deactivated again when the cooling water is too hot, impressively show the know-how of G-Power. Even a layperson can often do the installation himself because the installation of the system is really easy thanks to plug & play technology and can be retrofitted at any time. But if you really want a "real chip tuning" for you, G-Power has the Bi-Tronik 2 V1 software in stock. It changes the maps directly in the engine control unit and can be tailored to the customer's wishes through individual programming. The functions of the diagnostic and motor protection systems mentioned above are retained here as well. We would like to tell you what the G-Power software can do on the BMW Z4 sDrive 18i.
From the factory, the Munich is equipped with 156 PS (115 kW) / 240 Nm, which in connection with the approx. 1,5 t unladen weight is not necessarily easy. A VW Polo 1.4 TSI "BlueGT" can cause a lot of trouble and you don't really have to think about the GTi. With a sprint from 0-100 km / h in about 8 seconds you are almost doomed to cruise. But with an additional 48 HP from G-POWER, things look completely different. From now on, the sDrive 18i enjoys a whopping 204 PS (150 kW) & 310 Nm and sprints to 6 km / h in just over 100 seconds - bye Polo. And in terms of optics you can also fall back on G-Power because the classic 20 inch G-POWER forged wheels (different designs) are just like a subtle lowering or various sports exhaust systems (also in 4 tube optics) available for the two-seater.
