Body kit & more - Volvo XC60 from tuner HEICO Sportiv

For us it is the best alternative to the BMW X3, Audi Q5, Mercedes GLC and also the current VW Tiguan Volvo XC60. Volvo's current design language is not only convincing in the luxury class where they have placed the S90 or the XC90, but also one floor below where the compact SUVs cavort. While the first generation (Y20 - 2008–2017) was still a bit rounded and only had a few distinctive features, the second generation (SPA) is an absolute eye-catcher. Grimly drawn headlights in front, dynamic lines with a long bonnet and a successful rear. The XC2 convinces all along the line!

Add to that a whole range of technical highlights and new engines, and so Volvo has virtually reinvented itself in the last few years. The high sales figures of almost all models confirm this impressively. And of course this also applies to tuners like Heico Sportive which should also receive a high number of inquiries. Reason enough for the beautiful XC60 to develop a tailor-made body kit that not only gives more sportiness, but also makes the XC60 look even more elegant. The kit consists of seven parts and is manufactured in the elaborate PUR-R-RIM manufacturing process.

The three-part front spoiler of the XC60 is suitable for the equipment variants Momentum and Registration and also to the R-design you thought. This is made possible by the development of separate air intakes, which are respectively suitable for the versions mentioned. From the factory already extremely successful tail is now dominated by four oval tailpipes which are integrated into a newly developed rear apron with optional inlay made of carbon fiber visible. The customer can choose whether the apron should be combined with the standard rear silencer or the Heico Sportiv Selected Sound exhaust system.

And so that the sound also has its right to exist, the refiner also offers performance enhancements for the XC60 D5 with SCR. This goes from standard 235 PS & 480 NM torque to 258 PS & 530 NM, which means that it now goes to 7,6 km / h in 100 seconds (standard 9,4 seconds) and the top speed is now 230 km / h (series 220 km / h). It continues with the 320 PS & 400 Nm T6 petrol engine (2.0l) which increases to 340 PS and 470 Nm and whose sprint time drops by 0,9 seconds. And the two-liter hybrid drive of the T8 is also being optimized and this then comes with a total output of 427 hp.

The presentation vehicle is visually rounded off with 9 × 21 inch sports rims in five-spoke design, which are optionally available in the dimensions 8,5 × 20 inches and 9,5 × 22 inches. The wheel set sits perfectly in the wheel arch due to lowering and Heico achieves this with its in-house lowering module Suspension about 30 millimeters lower than the standard setup. For chassis with normal steel springs, there will soon also be shorter springs for lowering.

Finally, one has made the interior and installed on request a newly designed sports steering wheel based on the standard steering wheel (combination leather anthracite / Alcantara anthracite). Heico Sportiv should probably hit the black with the extensive tuning program as well as Volvo with the vehicles.
