The most powerful twelve-cylinder off-road vehicle in the world comes once again from BRABUS! The BRABUS G V2019 12 "ONE OF TEN" will celebrate its world premiere at the IAA 900 in Frankfurt / Main. The new supercar will be launched in a limited edition of just ten vehicles. 15 years after the presentation of the first BRABUS G V12 at the Geneva Motor Show 2004, the BRABUS development engineers again implanted a V12 biturbo high-performance engine in the style of the house in the body of the Mercedes G-Class, but this time in the current W 463A series . The 6,3 liter engine with 662 kW / 900 hp peak output and 1 Nm torque is coupled with a nine-speed automatic transmission and permanent all-wheel drive and gives the new supercar performance that is unique for an off-roader weighing 500 kilograms: With Only 2 seconds from 660 - 3,8 km / h and an electronically limited top speed of 0 km / h, the BRABUS G V100 280 "ONE OF TEN" is the fastest representative of this series that has ever been built with road approval.

Of course, the new high-performance off-road vehicle impresses not only with tremendous power and extraordinary performance for a vehicle in this category: the body is refined with the spectacular BRABUS WIDESTAR Breitversion, the place for BRABUS "PLATINUM EDITION" high-tech forged wheels in 23 or now also in 24 Inch diameter creates. The electrically adjustable BRABUS Dynamic Ride Control suspension provides a perfect symbiosis of outstanding ride comfort and safe, agile handling.
An exclusive BRABUS fine leather interior completes the luxurious features of the BRABUS G V12 900 "ONE OF TEN". The new superlative BRABUS off-road vehicle will be available from 720.015,45 Euro (price including 19 percent VAT in Germany!). Before fitting the twelve-cylinder engine, which normally powers the Mercedes S 390 L with 530 kW / 600 PS, into the modified engine compartment of the current G-Class, it was thoroughly reworked in the BRABUS high-tech engine building with state-of-the-art processing machines.

By installing a fully milled BRABUS special crankshaft with a longer stroke and the combination of enlarged cylinder bores and matching forged pistons, as well as precisely balanced special buses milled from the solid, the displacement of standard 6,0 is extended to 6,3 liters. A major contributor to the massive power output is also the change in the engine peripherals. Instead of the two series turbos supercharger with larger compressor unit and turbine and modified exhaust manifolds are used, which produce a higher boost pressure than the series parts. 80 millimeter-thick downpipes are just as much part of the conversion as low-pressure metal catalysts and a flap-controlled BRABUS stainless steel high-performance exhaust system. Thanks to the integrated sound management, the driver can choose between a vigorous V12 sound in Sport mode or a discreet whisper in "Coming Home" mode at a switch in the center console.

The exhaust system, made entirely of stainless steel, is also a visual treat: with two tailpipes on the left and right in front of the rear wheels, which were chosen in black chrome for the IAA show car, the exhaust system also sets visually exciting accents. An optimal air supply to the engine is just as important. The BRABUS engine engineers developed the BRABUS 900 intake module for this purpose. The new intake system contains a special air filter housing with an enlarged intake cross-section and special filters as well as a "Gold Heat Reflection" coating to lower the temperature. The newly programmed engine electronics with special maps for injection and ignition as well as a modified boost pressure control perfectly match the high-performance components and give the high-end engine a unique symbiosis of explosive power development and typical V12 running culture. Technology partner MOTUL supplies the high-tech lubricants for the entire drive train. As a result of the extensive work, the BRABUS 900 6.3 V12 biturbo engine produces unique performance values: the peak output of 662 kW / 900 PS is achieved at just 5.500 rpm.

Even greater is the maximum torque of 1.500 Nm on 4.200 tours. In the vehicle, this value is electronically limited to 1 200 Nm. The power is transmitted via a nine-speed automatic transmission, which can be switched even more accurately manually with the BRABUS RACE shift paddles on the steering wheel, and permanent four-wheel drive. The performance speaks for itself: The BRABUS G V12 900 "ONE OF TEN" catapults in only 3,8 seconds on Tempo 100. The maximum speed is electronically limited to 280 km / h. Accordingly, the new Supercar is also equipped with a BRABUS speedometer up to 300 km / h. A wider track optimizes handling and driving safety at these speeds and so the new Supercar is equipped with the exciting BRABUS WIDESTAR wideband version. The strikingly shaped fender flares make the body ten centimeters wider and thus provide ample space for powerful forged wheels in 23 or 24 inch diameter. The BRABUS G V12 900 "ONE OF TEN", which will be exhibited at the IAA 2019 in Frankfurt, presents another world premiere of the new BRABUS Monoblock "PLATINUM EDITION" Z wheels in 24 inch diameter, specially developed for the new Mercedes G-Class.

Manufactured in high-tech forging technology, these ten spoke rims offer an outstanding combination of lightweight construction and maximum load capacity. In combination with the BRABUS WIDESTAR wide version, front ten-inch wheels with 295 / 30 R 24 tires are used. On the rear axle the format 12Jx24 with 355 / 25 R 24 tires is driven. Alternatively, the BRABUS G V12 900 can also be ordered with BRABUS Monoblock Y "PLATINUM EDITION" forged wheels of the sizes 10Jx23 and 12Jx23, which are equipped with 295 / 35 ZR 23 and 335 / 30 ZR 23 high performance tires from technology partner Continental. In both variants, the BRABUS wheels perfectly fill the space created by the spacers in the wheel arches. The excitingly styled BRABUS mudguard attachments give the off-road vehicle, together with the visible carbon fiber air outlets behind the wheel arches in the front and rear, an appearance with great recognition value even in the side view. The LEDs, which are integrated in the attachment parts of the front and rear WIDESTAR fenders to the running boards, illuminate the entrances when a door handle or a Keyless Go system impulse is actuated.

The body modification also impresses with the BRABUS aprons on the front and rear, which connect perfectly to the WIDESTAR mudguards. The additional LED lights under the side air inlets, which are also kept in visual carbon at the show car, not only contribute to the dynamic look, but also optimize active safety. A carbon-fiber top with two built-in power domes gives the bonnet an exciting upgrade and also makes room for the big V12. The BRABUS branding package with illuminated BRABUS logo for the front grille with carbon frame and other emblems on the rear and sides of the off-road vehicle reveals the origin of this unique all-wheel supercar. At the rear end of the vehicle, the BRABUS roof wing, which is equipped with visible carbon fiber applications, gives the rear end an even more exciting look.

For a perfect symbiosis of high driving comfort and safe, sporty handling, the BRABUS G V12 900 "ONE OF TEN" is equipped with the innovative Ride Control coilover kit, the damping of which is specially designed for the axle loads of the twelve-cylinder engine. It is connected to the standard DYNAMIC SELECT suspension adjustment in the cockpit, with which you can choose between different setups not only for the chassis, but also for the drive, steering and assistance systems. In addition, the chassis can be adjusted in height. For the BRABUS G V12 900 "ONE OF TEN" supercar, an exclusive BRABUS fine leather full leather interior was made in the in-house saddlery with the highest level of manual precision. The "ONE OF TEN" badge in the cockpit documents the strictly limited edition of this high-end off-road vehicle.

By choosing a combination of porcelain and saddle brown leather, which is set off with orange tucks, a clear contrast to the black outer skin is set. The glove compartment and the storage compartment in the center console were also knocked down with orange leather. The headliner is upholstered in black Alcantara.
