The new Ford Mustang comes in the latest version, including a four-cylinderEcoBoost Engine therefore. For many die-hard Mustang fans, at least the same "NO-GO" as for "M enthusiasts" the turbocharging of the new BMW M models. This 1978 Ford Mustang II, by Brett Behrens, with its huge 6,8-liter V-10 engine can only smile wearily at the latest downsizing. But before that happened, Brett Behrens and his tuning team “A-Team Racing LLC” had to invest a lot of time, money and passion in the daring project. The tuning team around A-Team Racing LLC has on this 1978er Ford Mustang II made the extremely extensive changes listed below:

  • Base: Ford Mustang II from 1978
  • V10 engine 6,8 liters
  • Six-speed transmission
  • Corvette suspension and brakes
  • 1971 Mustang headlights
  •  18 × 9.5 inch and 19 × 12 inch wheels
  • Frame completely self-developed (mainly 1-5 / 8-inch DOM 1020 tubular steel)
  • , 12 inches longer wheelbase
  • Six-piston brake from the Corvette Z06
  • 396 PS and 475 lb-ft torque on the wheel
  • Leather seats
  • Alpine entertainment system with ARC audio amplifier and speakers
  • Dakota Digital Analog Instrument Cluster (VHX-1100)
  • 1977 Toyota Celica taillights
  • Front bumper completely made of metal
  • Kona blue paint
