First customer vehicle goes to the United States of America. The year 2021 begins with the world's first delivery of a Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport1 in the USA. Bugatti Greenwich, official dealer partner of the French luxury brand, recently presented its customer with the keys to happiness. “Bugatti Greenwich is honored to have delivered the world's first Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport to a very valued and loyal customer. A long-time Bugatti lover who now has the keys to the most agile member of the Chiron family, ”says Evan Cygler, Sales Manager Bugatti Greenwich.
Bugatti Chiron Pure Sport
Like every Bugatti, the first Chiron Pur Sport is unique and individualized to perfection by its new owner down to the smallest detail: on the outside, the upper part of the vehicle dominates in quartz white with Pur Sport Split in gray carbon, the lower part is also in gray carbon fiber. The entire roof, rear wing, horseshoe and side mirrors are also in Gray Carbon, with accents in “Gun Powder”. The icing on the cake: the optional Sky View, which gives the driver a view of the sky. The Pur Sport color split contrasts with the leather interior in “Italian Red”.
8,0 liter W16 engine with 1.500 hp
Bugatti consistently calibrates the Chiron Pur Sport in terms of agility, handling and driving performance; in addition to plenty of power, it also offers a lot of comfort and suitability for everyday use. The drive is the 8,0-liter W16 engine with 1.500 hp and 1.600 Newton meters, which is designed in the agile Chiron Pur Sport for an engine speed of up to 6.900 revolutions. With the help of a 15 percent shorter gearbox, the Chiron Pur Sport accelerates even faster than the Chiron2. From a standing start, the Chiron Pur Sport catapults itself to 2,3 km / h in just 100 seconds, only 200 seconds up to 5,5 km / h and less than twelve seconds up to 300 km / h. In terms of elasticity, the new model improves compared to the Chiron in the range between 60 and 100 km / h to 3,4 seconds, from 80 to 120 km / h to just 2,4 seconds. Grip-optimized tires and ingenious aerodynamics with a fixed rear wing ensure more downforce and lateral dynamics. The Chiron Pur Sport has been produced in the atelier in Molsheim, Alsace, since autumn 2020. In total there will be only 60 vehicles at a unit price of 3 million euros (net).
