If you are interested in a widebody kit for the current Audi Q5 (type 80A) then there is really only the ABT Sportsline GmbH, Although has tuner Lumma Design with the CLR 8S also announced a kit, but it is currently available or Not. It looks completely different with the Belgian tuner Caractere Exclusive (CARACTERE AUTOMOBILE). They now have a “widebody kit” for the AUDI Q5 (80A) at the start and even a radiator grille with the RS Q5 logo on request. Although there are always indications of a possible RS Q5 with a 2,9-liter V6 from the RS5, a market launch is not yet really certain. Apart from the engine and all the technical details of a “real RS”, Caractere Exclusive is now making the RS Q5 a bit of a reality.

The body kit comes with a design that is typical RS and could also come from ABT Sportsline. At the front there is a completely new apron with large air intakes and front spoiler and also the already mentioned RS radiator grille with typical honeycomb design and RS Q5 badge is included. There are seamlessly integrated fender flares all around and at the rear a apron neck in diffuser look. Integrated in it are shapely tailpipes on the right and left which can of course also be coupled to a sports exhaust system. Rounding out the aerodynamic parts made of PU plastic with a sporty roof spoiler. And who wants to order directly on Caractere suitable alloy wheels.
Forged wheels up to a maximum of 22 inches
The virtual presentation vehicle shows up on the in-house CW1 forged wheels in a black version which are available in the format 10 x 22 inches for the Q5. However, this version can only be installed in combination with the widebody kit. If you do not want the body kit, the tuner recommends rims in the format 20 or 21 inches. By the way, the new components are suitable for the standard Q5 as well as for the variant with S-line sports package.
