Almost exclusively, our reports refer to very current vehicle types that have either not yet been replaced by a successor or are at most one generation old. It looks completely different with this BMW E46 M3, which is now two generations back. It was built from 1998-2007 (convertible E46 / 2C to February 2007) but in January 2005 the sedan (E90) replaced it. The E90 series was produced until 2013 (Coupé - E92 LCI until July 2013), but here too there was the first replacement in 10/2011 in the form of the F30 sedan (since October 2011).

So it's been six years again, which means that the planned BMW 3 Series G20 will probably be launched next year at the latest. The design of the E46 series, including the first studies, is already 20 years old, which is hard to believe in view of the extremely pleasing look. In this vehicle, the striking appearance is underlined by a lot of carbon aerodynamic parts and of course a new wheel set. At the front there was a large spoiler lip which is precisely fitted to the M bumper and also a carbon bonnet including the well-known power dome and large additional openings on the right and left.

And the rear also stands out clearly from the series because here you built a carbon tailgate with integrated spoiler in CSL style and a discreet roof spoiler. And the rear bumper is not the series because an E46 has never been with the side openings and also the integrated rear diffuser is not so accommodated. Another highlight is, of course, the Vossen Wheels wheelset type VWS-2 thanks to a significant lowering, and the format 19 inch, which fills the wheel arches to the last millimeter. Other changes include new headlamps with black inlay and colored parking light rings, dark taillights, completely darkened windows and a sports exhaust system in OEM style.

This E46 shows that he does not belong to the old iron and installed one, for example supercharger this is even true in terms of performance. Apart from the above-mentioned changes, which we all derived from the pictures, we did not notice any further modifications or were transmitted by the tuner California Wheels. If we still get details there is of course an update for this story. About the update you will be informed if yours Feed subscribe to. Have fun watching the pictures and stay true to us!
