The Team of Carlex design has recently modified a Ford Ranger under the subsidiary "Pickup-Design". And in principle, you rely on equipment similar to that used by the Polish tuner on Fiat Fullback, the Nissan Navara, the Toyota Hilux or the VW Amarok have seen. That means there are completely new aprons at the front and back, plus powerful extensions for the fenders, practical steps, a new wheel set and a large one on request Bed Rack with lettering of the tuner for the loading area. So equipped, the ranger could also play in a blockbuster like Jurassic Park and dig through rough terrain while fleeing from a T-Rex. Basically, all parts of the front have been changed except for the headlights.

Grille with Carlex branding

In particular, the matt black radiator grille with the branding of the tuner catches the eye here, but this also applies to the protective strip of the bonnet and the silver-painted underride guard made of metal. The massive fender flares are also matt black and significantly expand the wheel arches at the front and rear. Compared to the factory widenings, the components from Carlex Design are a noticeably bigger number and fit the picture very well. And as already mentioned, the ranger got massive steps (Rock slider) for easier entry and the tailgate is even equipped with a small spoiler lip. Another highlight is the large black matt wheelset with the rough-tread off-road tires.

BFGoodrich all-terrain slippers all around

In this case, BFGoodrich all-terrain slippers are installed at the front and rear to ensure tireless propulsion away from paved slopes. And apparently this is also possible without an additional lift, because the chassis seems unchanged. The changes are rounded off on the outside with optional graphics and of course there was also a suitably refined cabin. The sporty seats from the factory are now covered with black leather and Alcantara with silver accents, and the tuner also uses the color silver for the contrasting stitching. In addition, you have made the steering wheel and padded with leather. The result is significantly higher quality and, thanks to the thicker wreath, is certainly better in the hand.
