AC Schnitzer is done! After the Aachen-based tuner made the first modifications in April of this year in the form of new aluminum rims for the SUV coupe BMW X2 had taken part in the program is now the announced complete vehicle officially. The wheel sets in 19 and 20 Zoll will be joined by in-house aerodynamic components, performance upgrades, modifications to the exhaust system and chassis, and small details for the interior. But let's start with the components for the bodywork. Schnitzer has developed a subtle front spoiler for the M-apron and the air intakes in the apron get small triangular panels with AC-Schnitzer badge. And the rear view has changed subtly.
Alloy wheels in a maximum of 20 inches for the X2
On request, there is now a new roof spoiler and various tailpipe trims from black to chrome to a sporty carbon look. For the 190 PS strong X2 20d there is an upgrade to 222 PS suitable for both the sDrive and the xDrive. The familiar weight-optimized Schnitzer AC1 alloy wheels in 19 or 20 inches (BiColor silver / black or anthracite) dive thanks to sport springs by approx. 20 - 35mm (depending on the vehicle model) closer to the wheel arches, which means that the X2 is much sportier and of course drives. And the interior also has a Schnitzer touch.
Interior with aluminum accents
Here you have chic aluminum shift paddles in black / red, an aluminum cover "Black Line" for the i-Drive controller or a new set of pedals in the range. If we receive timely information on further changes not mentioned before or a performance increase for the planned M35i and the sDrive18i, there is of course an update for this report.
