Can you still look at the ultra-flat 1969 Chevrolet Camaro with Corvette V8 recall? The single piece was made by means of Chopping (no sectioning) missed an ultra-flat windscreen in the style of a typical Speedster and in combination with typical Tuning modifications The result is a unique and particularly dynamic looking vehicle. And now there is another copy that will last for almost two decades older, is. And a 1950s Chevrolet Bel Air as a convertible. He also only has one minimal windscreen, but a maximum of it dynamic style. And of course this vehicle is also an absolute one Single copy. Anyone who is a fan of old American vehicles should of course know what to do with the "Chevrolet Bel Air". But this vehicle is different. It's a typical Bel Air from 1950, but completely remodeled right down to the cabin.

The vehicle is called "Boost“And is the work of a Utah-based company by name Weaver Customs. And already the circle is complete! Because Weaver Customs was also responsible for the Camaro linked at the beginning. And not only that. They have a crazy one too 1970 Plymouth Barracuda TorC with 1.500 hp diesel engine put on its feet. And the Bel Air too Airlift Performance Airride has been around for a few years. He was first introduced to the year 2013 at the Detroit Autorama, where he won the "Class Radical Custom". And that he "radical“Is, that is probably out of the question. The car even has a few body parts installed that have nothing to do with the original. The aim was to make the old classic like a Racing car to look like. The Boost Roadster became pure Two-seater rebuilt and has hardly any decorations and even the door handles were cleared. The result is quite massive and impressive and painted in Gun Metal Grey and red.

Many body parts were specially made for this vehicle and have been around for a long time no original parts. But what not Belongs to this vehicle, only the absolute professional will recognize that. For us, every body part is integrated as if it had always been built into the Bel Air. For example, there was a special one up front front splitter, then there is the one mentioned Windshield Speedster style and a unique one too Rear can be seen. And one with one Flowmaster exhaust system as well as with one upturned chevrolet grill from 1951. Inside there was one red interior (JS Custom Interiors) with a completely new dashboard Dakota Digital Ads and also a sporty looking one Center console as well as specially made steel frames for the two Seats are built in.

with 6,3 liter V8 engine

There is one behind each of the stalls Rollover protection and underneath is a high quality one sound system integrated. And as is typical of Weaver Customs, there is of course a lot going on under the hood. The single piece is powered by a charged one 6,3-liter engine V8 (383 ci, Supercharged 383 CID Small Block) in combination with a Chevrolet 3-speed automatic (B&M Racing TH350) including rear-wheel drive. The power reaches chic Intro Wheels Apache Rims in the format 22 × 10 inches at the rear and 18 × 8 inches at the front with Pirelli tires. Behind it is one Wilwood disc brake system with 6 pistons at the front and 4 pistons at the rear. Incidentally, after the vehicle was auctioned off at a Barrett-Jackson auction in 2014, no one heard of it. Pity! If we get more information, there will of course be an update for this report.
