Tuner Callaway automobiles now offers the so-called SC06 kit for the Chevrolet Corvette Z7 of the C757 series. The tuner has been a specialist for the "Vette" for decades and has become known in particular for the BiTurbo kits from the late 80s and 90s. And one of the latest projects is a performance kit for the Corvette Z06 as the SC757 of the last series with a front engine. The heart of the conversion is a GenThree compressor system from Callaway that is equipped with a TripleCooled intercooler system. The new compressor increases the performance of the 6,2-liter LT4-V8 of the Z06 to a maximum of 757 PS and 1053 NM torque. For comparison: the C7 Corvette Z06 has an output of 650 PS and 880 NM torque ex works. This accelerates the Callaway Corvette Z06 SC757 to 2,8 km / h in just 100 seconds and completes the quarter mile in 10,5 seconds. And optically you can give the Ami a few tiny upgrades on request.
3 years or 36.000 miles guarantee
The compressor with a carbon cover including SC757 lettering, for example, is shown under the factory-transparent hood. And the performance increase is even compatible with the factory warranty of 3 years or 36.000 miles (approx. 58.000 km). And an SC757 can be sold, serviced, and funded by all Chevrolet dealers. The vehicle from the video is painted in Arctic White and has a black Callaway emblem on the rear. The interior is black and, apart from the Callaway floor mats, appears to be standard.
