We already know performance increases on vehicles from pretty much every vehicle category from the team around BR-Performance. The tuner has recently presented a new vehicle with engine tuning on its website. This time it caught a BMW i8 hybrid which after the modification can come up with strong 375PS & 667NM and should definitely cause strange and puzzled looks from drivers of the same type, however, with series performance of 362PS & 570NM.

there is more - see below

The 13 additional horsepower is certainly less impressive, but a gain of almost 100NM torque is all the more impressive. In addition, BR-Performance is probably currently the first tuner that can breath more power into the Munich hybrid. At least we don't know of any other tuner so far! The company did not post more details than the result of the increase in performance, but that's enough in that case. What we have been able to find out and have recognized ourselves, we provide you with a summary below as usual.

Of course, we also miss something, should you discover any further changes we would be happy if you post them in the "comment box".

Ps. If you have more tuned vehicles like this one Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X 2.0T with 377PS or even one Audi SQ5 with 363PS from BR-Performance Just click on the name of the tuner on the photo hint below!

  • Performance increase from 362PS & 570NM to 375PS & 667NM - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - info is pending)
  • 3 pipe sports exhaust system

410PS & 704NM are possible
