Most of the time they are in the shadow of pre-war automobiles, which nowadays can only be admired in museums, but are seen as real "oldtimers" and not just as old cars, as is the case with most models that were built after World War 2 were produced. But there are also more and more car fans who are enthusiastic about classics from the 1960s and 1970s, such as these Restomod wave shows, in which, often scrap-ripe old cars, sinfully expensive collector's items are created, which are rebuilt and modified according to the taste of the owner or restorer.
