Dacia presents with the Duster "Mat Edition" a strictly limited collector's edition of the SUV model that has sold more than two million times since its market launch in 2010. Rarity is guaranteed: Only 225 copies of the Dacia Duster "Mat Edition" will be delivered to Germany. The Duster "Mat Edition" combines high-quality equipment and exclusive paintwork with the powerful and efficient TCe 150 turbo petrol engine. The drive unit includes the fast-acting and at the same time comfortable, six-speed EDC dual-clutch transmission. The 1.332 cm³ four-cylinder comes up with 110 kW/150 hp and 250 Nm, which corresponds to a displacement of 83 kW/l (113 PS/l) or an impressive torque of 188 Nm/l displacement.

The special model is available at a price of 26.400 euros (RRP plus transfer costs) - including four years of maintenance and guarantee (comprising all maintenance work prescribed by Dacia as well as an extended guarantee to extend the new vehicle guarantee for the contract period of 48 months or 80.000 km from initial registration in accordance with the contract conditions ).
The Dacia Duster "Mat Edition" is based on the Journey equipment with details such as automatic climate control, blind spot warning, reversing camera and the Multimedia system Media Nav including navigation. The special model also includes the multi-view camera, front seat heating and the Keycard Handsfree entry and start system. The brand new bodywork finish in matte "comet grey" combined with black 17-inch alloy wheels, exterior mirror housings in gloss black with a subtle orange band, the shark antenna also painted in gloss black and the roof rails in gray ensure a sensational appearance. The comet-grey special paintwork is largely done by hand, which is why only six vehicles leave the production facility at the Romanian plant in Mioveni every day.
Comet Gray & Black Components
“The contrast between the comet gray body color and the gloss black components is an important statement by the design team. The contrast continues inside with dynamic orange stitching on the upholstery,” says Kristine Lipinski, Lead Designer & Strategy Color & Trim at Dacia. "These color accents play an important role in creating a visual hierarchy of the design," continued Lipinski. If we get more information, there is of course an update for this report.
