Have you ever dated Dallara Stradale from manufacturer Dallara Automobili SpA heard? An athlete with a dry weight of 855 kilograms and an output of 400 hp. Stradale means “street” in German and the Dallara Stradale is the first vehicle with road approval from the Italian construction company, which has been a chassis designer since 1972. And after having gained a lot of experience in the production of sports cars and, for example, having developed the carbon fiber chassis for the Porsche 918 Spyder, and also contributed to the chassis development of the KTM X-Bow, the Maserati MC12, the Alfa 4C, the Bugatti Veyron and the Chiron, it was time to have your own car. The birth of the Dallara Stradale. The starting shot was fired in May 2015. A first prototype was shown on November 16, 2016 (80th birthday of the company founder Giampaolo Dallara) and the series production of the puristic sports car in limited edition (600 pieces) began 1 year later in Varano de 'Melegari.

The Stradale impresses with not even waist-high body without doors, carbon fiber monocoque, adjustable pedals, 400 hp 2,3-liter Ecoboost four-cylinder from Ford and a huge monster rear wing for an extra 9.500 euros. When it comes to footwear, Dallara uses either Pirelli Trofeo R sports tires for the racetrack or Pirelli P Zero Schluffen for the city. The former enable lateral acceleration values of up to 2 g. And the Dallara was available in four different body styles. As a Barchetta version without windshield (with wind deflector), with a windshield as a roadster, as a Targa model and finally as a coupe with cool gullwing doors. With a power-to-weight ratio of approx. 2,3 kg / hp, the Stradale is on par with a Porsche 911 GT2 RS or Ferrari 488 GTB and does not require +600 hp for a long time. And the specialists at Garage Italia Customs recently buttoned up such a rare specimen. Indeed only in terms of optics. Understandably, the technology has not changed.

PAN LX Anniversary full wrap

Garage Italia gave the Dallara Stradale a PAN LX Anniversary full wrap, which is inspired by the Fiat G.91 aircraft. This should make this example, in the already extremely manageable production, an absolute one-off. The street-legal athlete now looks even more striking, because the full wrap in the look of the legendary Fiat G.91 fighter aircraft (later known as Aeritalia G.91) of the Italian National Aerobatic Patrol from the production period from 1963 to 1982 is unmistakable. In the area of the side skirts of the matt blue foil, there were three red-white-green arrows and the new look of the Stradale is finished. Incidentally, the design was specially made on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the world's largest aerobatic team that the aircraft used as the G.91PAN with its characteristic blue paintwork.
