It is practically the sportiest version of the Meredes CLS and goes by the name “AMG GT 4-Door Coupé” - the chic X290! After Mercedes did the study last year AMG GT Concept presented to the world public, they have actually taken it seriously and brought the GT into series production as a coupé. In contrast to the study, in reality there is no four-liter twin-turbo V8 under the hood with an electric motor and crazy 816 PS - whopping 639 PS & 900 NM (Mercedes-AMG GT S 4-Matic +) should also be just like that pass. And this is exactly what we have planned for now and hereby present what is probably the first tuned X290 ever.
We have made the following virtual changes:
- significant lowering (Airride air suspension)
- 22 inch large ADV.1 Wheels alloy wheels type ADV05 MV.2 installed (black)
- Door handles removed in front and in the back
- Panamericana grille, decorative insert in the bumper,
- Window frame in black
- Headlight darkened
- V8 BiTurbo lettering removed from the front fender
Now our question to you, what do you think of that? Would you like the Mercedes-AMG GT 4-door Coupé (X290) as modified by us on the computer or would that be “too much” and yet a number too blatant? In any case, I would be happy to see the car like this or at least something like it on our streets and could imagine that it is quite an eye-catcher. 🙂 Ps.
