Even six years after the first delivered vehicles, the BMW 1M Coupé (E82) is still a technical and visual highlight. The inline six-cylinder M TwinPower Turbo brings 2979 cm³ displacement and develops whopping 250 kW (340 PS) at 5900 / min and a maximum torque of 450 Nm between 1500 and 4500 / min. If one uses the temporary overboost function, even 500 Nm can be realized. Of course, the engine with the 1.495 kg curb weight has no real need and so it is not surprising that acceleration values of 4,9 seconds at 100 km / h and 17,3 seconds at 200 km / h are the result. On the website of the Chinese tuner EDO Tuning, we have just discovered such a 1M Coupe and we wanted to show it to you. The 1er has received a subtle lowering and a set of HRE Performance Wheels FF15 alloy wheels in 19 inches. With their glossy black finish, the new Alu's form a chic contrast to the Valencia orange painted body. If you look closely you can see that the standard M brake system was replaced at the front and back by one of AP Racing and there were slotted brake discs all around.

The standard chrome-plated kidneys were replaced and replaced by black pendants and this also proves to be a visually accomplished move because the front of the potent coupe looks so even more dynamic. The mirror caps, which are factory-painted in body color, have also been replaced and, as of now, the 1er housing has a chic carbon fiber surface. And at the rear there were subtle changes because here is a stainless steel sports exhaust system with chromed tailpipes their service and so the R6 turbo can finally speak acoustically as he would like to do it from the factory. And if we are not completely wrong there has also been something done on the taillights because they seem to darken discreetly and thus fit perfectly into the coherent overall picture of the 1 coupe.
