Limited: DMC Omaggio Bodykit for the Lamborghini Huracan

Today we want to catch up on something. We would like to introduce you to the DMC "Omaggio (STAGE2) LIMITED EDITION Bodykit" from the German tuner DMC, which turns the Lamborghini Huracan into a carbon monster in a limited edition of just ten pieces. The components are of course common to DMC complete manufactured in the noble Sichtcarbon and that is particularly good to recognize in this dull orange foliated copy of 2015. And the body kit includes a completely new front bumper with integrated splitter that is unmistakably inspired by the design of the DMC Aventador kits. The two-sided huge air intakes are of course the highlight of the apron. But the rest is pretty heavy. The most unobtrusive components of the Omaggio Kit are the new side skirts with integrated sill swords. They are aerodynamically shaped up front and rear. Clearly different from the series then shows the rear again. Here you have a new rear apron developed with an aggressive diffuser and here almost everything is completely in the noble Sichtcarbon held.

The central middle section of the apron reminds us a little bit of the McLaren MP4-12C which has a similar gill design. Only the top-mounted exhaust system makes the difference then quite clear. And the absolute highlight at the rear is the optional carbon rear wing, which provides a fixed, but adjustable in three stages, variant for a lot of contact pressure on the rear axle. According to DMC, the component is reminiscent of the large rear wing of the legendary Lamborghini Countach LP 5000 Quattrovalvole, built in 1985 as the 455 PS variant with a 5,2 liter V12 610 x only. The body kit can of course be combined with countless rims and this vehicle was chosen for the DMC Q055 in 20 front and 21 inch rear and a tire in the format 255 / 30 and 325 / 25.

The ultra-light forged rim can also be ordered in the dimensions 19 to 24 inches. And of course, all optical changes can also be combined with the well-known performance enhancements of DMC. For example, the Xnumx cylinder of the Huracan has a variant on 10 PS (again LP1088 Edizione GT) in the range which is achieved by means of Biturbo conversion. Of course, it will take many more changes away from the engine. For example, on the powertrain, the transmission and of course the complete cooling of the engine. Alternatively, there is also a LP680 package that works exclusively via chip tuning. If we receive timely information on other changes not mentioned before, there is of course as always an update for this report. It is best to subscribe to our feed and if there is something new you will get in touch immediately. We wish you a lot of fun watching the pictures.
