What a monster! The Dodge RAM 1500 is known to be anything but inconspicuous ex works. But what the team from JB Car Design in Alsdorf near Aachen does, makes the production vehicle seem almost puny. And this is not even a one-off, but a vehicle from an entire series. The tuner builds the JB Car Design RAM 1500, namely in a small series of 28 vehicles within the next 6 months as a limited edition specially tailored to customer requirements. Each car should receive the so-called "stone crunch" paint, which can be mixed in any color and can also be implemented as a bi-color variant. The paint is extremely robust and comparable to one Stone chip protection paint and shows itself with a very special look. In terms of technology, the JB-LIMITED-RAM conversion gets a full 3 inches (approx. 8 cm) and the absolute highlight is 10J x 22 inch rims with 33 x 12,5 inch off-road tires for Terrain.
Fender widening all around
Optionally also as a 305/45 R22 M + S variant for the road. And so that you always have the loading and vertical load on the rear axle under control, there is even a remote-controlled air suspension. And there are always suitable spacers and huge fender flares with exposed screw connections to be able to cover the mighty off-road slippers at all. The RAM also has a huge front and rear bumper with large towing eyes, fog lights and practical LED work lights. But if you are stuck in the field, the electric winch with 6 tons of traction helps, which can be controlled with a remote control and sits in the front apron from the mess. On the other hand, if you want to pull another vehicle out of the mud, the 3,5t trailer coupling at the rear should be useful.

Other changes to the bodywork include a modified radiator grille, a new bonnet with ventilation shaft, an underride guard and also a 50 x 2 mm steel cage with matching roof rails can be installed on the powerful pickup from JB-Car-Design on request. And to reduce the operating costs a bit is one Prins LPG LPG plant installed. It is powered by a 122 liter LPG underfloor tank installed under the loading area and significantly reduces costs and pollutant emissions. There is also a large secondary tank on the loading area and an enormous range is guaranteed in the outback. By the way, every RAM is protected against rust with enormous effort.
Cabin & loading area is separated from the frame
The entire cabin & loading area is separated from the frame and laboriously revised with cavity sealing and rust protection structure. For the red exhibition vehicle with almost all options, however, a good 120.000 € will be due. In return, you get a vehicle that with good care can easily cover half a million kilometers or more and is also an absolute eye-catcher.
