A classic reinvents itself: electric Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow!

The future of the classic car will be Evice redefined. The British company, founded just last year by three car enthusiasts, has committed itself to revolutionizing classics such as the Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow with state-of-the-art electrical technology. The focus is on seamless integration of the latest 800V technology, which was developed in-house to create an optimal balance between the past and the future. In a two-year development program that revives the Silver Shadow from the ground up, every detail is separately revised, tested and optimized. The first prototype, known as R001, has already completed the important tests and will hit the streets in autumn.

However, the completion and delivery of the first customer vehicle is not planned until spring 2026. Matthew Pearson, co-founder and CEO of Evice, emphasizes: “Our aim is to preserve and enhance the style, elegance and sophistication of the original Rolls-Royce and Bentley cars for the future. By integrating a quiet 800V electric drive We take the classics to a new level and surpass the performance of previous combustion engines.“ With a fully integrated electric architecture and a powerful 400 hp drivetrain, the new Silver Shadow is expected to have a range of over 200 miles (approx. 320 km), supported by a 77 kWh battery system.

An improved chassis and a modern braking system ensure a modern driving experience that preserves the legendary comfort of Rolls-Royce and Bentley. Infotainment screens with support for wireless Apple CarPlay and rear-view cameras are also configurable. Every seam, every color and every detail is customized according to the customer's wishes to create a personal version of the timeless classics.
