The new 718 Boxster (982) is in the starting blocks this year, and tuners TECHart would naturally like to be successful TECHart 981 Boxster tie in and make official the new in front. Since this year, both the Porsche Boxster and the Porsche Cayman have been marketed as a model of the 718 type and the difference is made by the respective addition in the name. Somewhat confusing, but what the heck TE Anyway, TECHart grabbed the 2,5-liter four-cylinder in the Boxster S and pushes it to 400PS if desired. We do not yet know whether there will be a performance increase for the 300PS strong 2-liter engine, but we assume that and would attest the small one a jump to 330-340PS. In addition to the increase in performance, there are of course a lot of other changes. For example the chic TECHart body kit which consists of a front spoiler and a fixed rear spoiler.

The well-known TECHART 21 inch Formula IV light alloy wheels are now also available for the Boxster and the Cayman available and on request the interior can also be redesigned with leather, lacquer and carbon according to the most individual wishes. The most important thing, however, is, as already mentioned, the increase in performance to a whopping 400PS which certainly means that the Boxster sprints to 4 km / h in approx. 100 seconds (with PDK) and especially at values between 100 and 200 km / h should increase significantly. Incidentally, the increase in performance includes a parts certificate and a guarantee and thus fulfills all wishes. So if you have been thinking about buying a current 718 Boxster S for a long time or are even happier owners, TECHart is now definitely an interesting starting point when it comes to individually differentiating the vehicle from the production model and of course missing out on more performance . You can see the 2016 TECHart Boxster at the upcoming Essen Motor Show from November 25th to December 4th at booth A155 in hall 3.0.
