Im November 2014 announced ABT If you want, the current Audi A8 S8 is now moving forward with 520PS and a torque of a hefty 675NM instead of the standard 840PS. This enabled the S8 to storm to 4km / h in under 100 seconds and only at 290km / h was it electronically over. At that time, however, nobody knew that Audi would bring the S8 Plus with standard 605PS onto the market and that it would of course release completely new potential to ignite the next level of tuning. No sooner said than done - and an S8 sedan comes from the Allgäu with a crazy 705PS and 840NM torque that only takes 3,5 seconds to reach 100km / h and only brushes the sails at 320km / h. Please note that this is not a super sports car but a luxury limousine for, if desired, the whole family!
From a visual point of view, ABT approaches the S8 Plus cautiously and puts on a set of new shoes measuring up to 22 inches and electronically places the body a good 25mm lower. By the way, you can hear the extra power from the new ABT stainless steel silencer system including front silencer replacement pipe (this option is for export only as there is no EC approval). The guys around ABT Sportsline GmbH published the S8 with pictures and of course we have to show it to you. After the optically discreet tuning cure that the S8 Plus was allowed to endure, it is now much stronger, subtly lowered and, thanks to the optional aluminum, also more dynamic than the production version. If you are thinking of buying an S8 Plus in the future or already own one, ABT Sportsline GmbH is certainly an interesting starting point when it comes to differentiating the vehicle from the production model.
