The new Mercedes-AMG C 63 SE PERFORMANCE is a real game changer in AMG's 55-year history. With know-how from Formula 1™, he brings state-of-the-art technologies from motorsport onto the road. The innovative hybrid concept with electric motor and AMG high-performance battery on the rear axle combines superior system performance of 500 kW (680 hp) with impressive driving dynamics and high efficiency. This makes the Mercedes-AMG C 63 SE PERFORMANCE the perfect ambassador for the AMG drive strategy "Future of Driving Performance". With the exclusive exterior and interior features of the "F1 Edition" special model, Mercedes-AMG is making the electrified future even more visible.
"F1 Edition" Mercedes AMG C63
The "F1 Edition" is available for sedan and estate for one year from the start of sales at the end of 2022. A striking distinguishing feature is the exclusive MANUFAKTUR Alpinggrau Uni finish. It is combined with a foil on the flanks of the vehicle consisting of an AMG logo and a color gradient from gray to black. Red decorative lines on the sides and on the front and rear apron add further color accents. The 20-inch AMG 5-twin-spoke forged wheels are painted matt black. The red rim flanges provide an attractive contrast and thus follow the color scheme of the wheels of the Official FIA F1 Medical Car™ from Mercedes-AMG.
The AMG aerodynamics package developed in the wind tunnel improves handling at high speeds and reinforces the dynamic visual impression. Aerodynamic touches include the larger front splitter, redesigned side member panels and the added diffuser panel. The spoiler lip on the trunk lid is only on board the sedan.
The AMG Night Package I and the AMG Night Package II also reinforce the motorsport appearance of the "F1 Edition". The front splitter, the decorative elements in the front wings, the exterior mirror housings, the waistline trim strip and the window surrounds are all in high-gloss black. In addition, the slats of the radiator grille, the trim strip in the rear apron, the twin tailpipe trims of the AMG exhaust system and the type designation on the boot lid come in dark chrome. The AMG tank cap in silver chrome with "AMG" lettering also emphasizes the special position of the edition.
The interior is characterized by the contrast of black and red. The AMG Performance seats are particularly elegant with upholstery in Black Exclusive nappa leather with red topstitching and AMG emblem embossed on the front head restraints. They follow the sporty look, as do the red seat belts and the exclusive AMG carbon-fibre trim elements with a red thread. The AMG Performance steering wheel in nappa leather / DINAMICA microfibre with red topstitching and the AMG door sill panels with "AMG" lettering illuminated in red go perfectly with this. The finale is the exclusive Edition badge in the interior and specific AMG floor mats with red decorative stitching and the F1 logo.
To protect the valuable vehicle, each customer receives a tailor-made AMG indoor car cover with the F1 logo. With its breathable outer skin made of tear-resistant synthetic fiber fabric and the anti-static inner fabric made of flannel, it protects the vehicle from dust and scratches in the garage.
