Fake Bugatti for around € 4.000? The Honda Civic Gatti makes it possible!

If you want to own a Bugatti Veyron, you should still plan for a good 1 million euros. There are currently vehicles from 2006 to 2008 if you are lucky. On Ebay, however, a Bugatti bargain went for only 4.115 Euros over the table. As the? Actually, the exchange of all liquids at the Veyron alone costs over 22.000 euros, a set of tires a good 35.000 euros or a set of rims around 45.000 euros. Do you want more numbers? OK! A new turbocharger costs almost 6.000 euros, the exchange of two of the four superchargers costs around 8000 euros and a charge air cooler also costs over 8000 euros. Even a simple camshaft adjuster is not a bargain at over 700 euros. Not to mention the € 19.000 labor costs for installation. So how do you get a good € 4.000 for a Veyron?

Name: Honda Civic Gatti

Of course, because it is a tuning fake. And a damn ugly one at that. The vehicle is officially called "Honda Civic Gatti" (Chassis number 2HGEJ2245PH519177) and is based on a 1993 Honda Civic that was converted years ago to the Bugatti Veyron for just under 11.000 euros. And the body kit on the Honda Civic DX Coupé 2D made in Canada is a real disaster. The wannabe Bugatti Veyron conversion kit comes from Orlando and came in combination with a new sound system, fiberglass door panels and engine tuning of the ridiculous 1,5 liter four-cylinder AN and IN the Civic.

According to the auction, the vehicle is said to have run 74.000 miles (approx. 119.000 kilometers), but this is in conflict with the vehicle history. It says that there were already 2003 kilometers on the clock in 250.000. At least there will be around 8 previous owners! and the 3 accidents (1996, 1997, 2007) made no secret. The Civic is painted in black and orange in the style of the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport. The front of the body kit gives the Veyron at least an inkling. It has large air intakes and the typical horseshoe grille and the cutouts for the headlights is Veyron Light. It continues with new side mirrors and a really ugly rear. Neither the foolish license plate lighting nor the cut-out exhaust cutout can actually be based on the Veyron ??? And then these black taillights! Without words…

In the interior there were still leather seats with individual embroidery and a steering wheel in a wood look. We'd rather not discuss the rest. Look at the pictures. However, we have examined the vehicle extensively and have come to the conclusion that it definitely belongs in our tuning fail category because WE do not consider it beautiful.
