Tuning parts for the brand new Ferrari Thoroughbred? We haven't even seen them virtually yet. But now there is a first attempt by the German tuner DMC. The DMC team is convinced that the long-legged SUV is not yet aggressive enough. So the refiner has a Carbon widebody kit come up with that makes the Purosangue look even more aggressive. In addition, the virtually tuned example is painted in bright cherry red. Carbon fiber parts include 1,18 inches (3 centimeters) wide fender flares all around and there is also a set of side skirts to match. The fender attachments in particular make the Purosangue appear much wider and therefore more powerful. However, there are more tuning parts in the kit. At the rear, the tuner installed two rear spoilers, one of which at the roof behind and one on the edge the tailgate sits.
Carbon body kit on the Purosangue
The other components include a new front lip and as far as we know, the hood and the are probably also planned rear diffuser made from carbon fiber. Visually, however, the last two components do not differ from the series. Of course, they are much lighter due to the fact that they are made of carbon. DMC specifies for manufacturing Prepreg Carbon to set that supposedly even surpasses the OEM quality. All parts are also available with a matt or high-gloss surface, depending on customer requirements. However, the first deliveries of the Purosangue won't start until spring 2023 (if at all). However, to ensure that the body parts for the Purosangue fit exactly, DMC measured a vehicle with an accuracy of 0,00787 inches (0,2 millimeters) using a 3D scan.
24 inch DMC forged wheels
In the course of virtual tuning, you also have the Purosangue on 24 inches forged wheels of the DMC Velocita type, which impress with seven Y-shaped spokes and a black finish. Other components for the Purosangue from DMC are one Titanium exhaust system from ZESAD GmbH with flap control and it is highly likely that an increase in performance will also be offered for the 6,5-liter V12 suction engine with 725 hp and 716 Newton meters. However, we do not have any further details on this. If we get more information, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed about this if you simply use our Feed subscribe to.
