For years it has been one of the most popular colors on the Audi shelf - Nardo gray! A touch of military flair adorns on request almost every Audimodell and you give this Search term on tuningblog.eu come page by page vehicles, sometimes even by third-party manufacturerswho got missed the light gray. The color tone still looks very successful and individual, but slowly but surely you have got used to it and, above all, seen enough, as we think. Reason enough to look for an alternative. The team at BB-slides Bele Boštjan has found one in our opinion. They completely foiled an Audi A5 Coupé and wrapped it in a Mystic Sparkling Blue foil.
You have to look twice to be able to recognize a “blue” color, but depending on the incidence of light, this is quite possible. The color is significantly darker than the Nardo gray and in our opinion somehow looks fresher. But with this vehicle it is of course not just the foiling that sets the A5 in scene. Another highlight are the high-gloss black painted aluminum rims in an estimated 20 inches which, thanks to a mega extreme lowering, sit in the wheel arches down to the last millimeter. If you look closely you can see that the brake calipers of the brake system are painted gold and thus set a color accent.
In what way the lowering was achieved is not known to us but either it is a special coilover suspension, such as gepfeffert.com, or it was immediately installed an Airride air suspension that makes it possible by pressing a button to adjust the height of the A5 in seconds. Other changes include a black RS radiator grille in the typical honeycomb design, tinted rear side windows + rear window and the tailgate was freed from their Audi emblem. For us an extremely successful project that still retains a certain understatement.
Apart from the changes just mentioned, we are not aware of any other modifications to the A5 Coupe so we leave you alone with the pictures here. 🙂 If we still get some details about further changes, there is of course an update for this post.
