And once again a mighty and particularly huge Ford F-550 Super Duty Pickup (MY 2017) comes from the tuner DIESELSellerz which are better known under the term "Diesel Brothers". The vehicle is the so-called "Indomitus" project (stands for untamed, untamed, wild) that the tuner has already introduced its own TV series in episode 4 of season 4. The basis for the conversion was a vehicle from 2017 with a 6,7 liter Power Stroke V8 turbodiesel (Standard: 446 HP and 1254 NM maximum torque at 1.600 rpm). And it too received a significant extension of the loading area by 25 centimeters and, at the same time, of course, the popular third axle with a four-link wheel suspension, which turns the F-550 into a 6 × 6 monster. This example is shifted with a robust "six-speed TorqShift automatic" with SelectShift technology and of course the rest of the F-550 has been converted again in the typical Diesel Brothers style. That means there was a completely new chassis with a huge lift (Ruff Stuff and Ready-Lift seven-inch hub kit - approximately 18 inches in total) and as an absolute highlight still 40 inch (1,02 m) large off-road tires (format 335/80 R20) on black 20 inch DBL-Bedlock rims with powerful screw connection.

in winter there is no stopping it

In addition, new aprons front and rear with huge towing eyes and a successful paint job in the so-called "Giverny Green" that actually comes from the Land Rover Discovery SE. The large BIODIESEL lettering with graphics (also on the hood), on the other hand, is only glued on and can be removed if desired. But because the Super Duty pickup truck runs on biodiesel, it is practically an "eco-car" for the Americans. You just have to talk nicely! And the order came from the Minnesota Soybean Research Council. This is the lobby representation of the local soybean industry, which wanted to show with the Indomitus that the soybean is suitable for the production of biodiesel. A large windshield attachment with Indomitus lettering ensures the bad appearance from the front and only the many visible screw connections in silver on the railing or the aprons take a bit of getting used to. Many small details such as the large luggage compartment cover made of leather to hide the full-size spare wheel or the cool sports exhaust system with side-mounted tailpipes round off the visual appearance again successfully.

inside everything seems to suit the series

Surprisingly, little has happened to this vehicle in the cabin. Everything here is still in dreary gray and black, and the rather boring leather interior in particular would have deserved a few color accents. The tuner's previous vehicles have always shown that you know exactly how to set up an individual driver's cab. But this time it was from the client (Minnesota Soybean Research Council) probably not wanted. A pity… We do not currently have any more details about the Diesel Brothers 2017 Ford F-550 Super Duty "Indomitus".
