In "Down Under" you get 700 PS & 827 NM torque thanks to the Ford Performance Compressor. "Apparently" because, strangely enough, Ford of Australia has not yet published any precise specifications on the actual engine performance.

However, the compressor is a Roots unit of Roush performance that works with 2,65 liter displacement and with 12 psi Boost. The key data sounds difficult after the well-known Roush compressor from the beginning of the year, so that we now just set times and claim this is in the limited special edition also installed. The engine is also kept in check with an aluminum intercooler and a full-surface radiator and the R-Spec comes exclusively with six-speed manual transmission. The 500 copies are built in cooperation with the tuner Herrod Performance, which is considered the largest distributor of Ford Performance Parts outside of North America. From Herrod also comes the active sports exhaust system with different setups (Quiet, normal, sports, racetrack) provides the right soundscape at all times.
Lowering by means of sport springs by 20 mm
In addition, the R-Spec gets a subtle lowering by 20 mm using Ford Performance springs and there is also the well-known sports suspension with adaptive MagneRide shocks. It has adjustable stabilizers which have been enlarged in front and behind. In addition, you put the Mustang on fancy 19 Zöller with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S slippers and also on the body has been something.
