New pictures of the 2019 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 give another small insight on the much awaited new Mustang Shelby GT 500 (2018). With the GT350, however, nothing happens under the hood, this means that the 5,2-liter V8 continues to do its job and with 530 PS & 580 NM torque in combination with the Tremec six-speed manual transmission, which is extremely popular muscle- Car drives forward. Visually, there is a new grille that was developed in the wind tunnel and a combination of the current ones Ford Performance Mustang Road Course racing car and the upcoming Shelby GT500 is.
At the rear there is a new rear spoiler that can be combined with an optional spoiler lip (Gurney Flap). The GT350 has the factory-made MagneRide chassis of the bread-and-butter Mustangs, which has been upgraded with a setup based on the experience of the Ford Performance race track vehicle. And the three-stage stability control has also been revised and sharpened compared to the series Mustang. The Brembo brake system decelerates, which surprisingly has no perforated brake discs. Newly available paint finishes are Velocity Blue and Ford Performance Blue and the interior is spruced up with aluminum trim elements around the instrument panel, which are also available in carbon as an alternative.
