The "Forgiato Cactus Jack“Probably one of the craziest rims on the market. At the same time, the current Mercedes-Benz G-Class is one of the most powerful off-roaders that money can buy right now. In addition, the G-Class is always a status symbol of the rich and famous in Beverly Hills & Co. And so that the heads turn even more towards the Stuttgart one, this G-Class has been equipped with the so-called “Cactus Jack” forged wheel. As far as we know, the name of the rim comes from Cactus Jack Records, because the American singer, rapper and music producer Travis Scott had - or has - a G-Class himself. While many accessory wheel manufacturers try to outdo each other with complex wheel designs, the Forgiato Wheels Cactus Jack wheels are basically very simple. The design is hardly different from that of the ancient ones Moon Caps wheel coversthat can still be bought today. But the hubcaps had not yet been engraved with the phrase “Don't Read This And Drive”. In contrast to the Cactus Jack rim from Forgiato Wheels.
Don't Read This And Drive - don't read while driving
To what extent this information is useful or even necessary, however, is not really clear to us. And the design doesn't really convince us either. Although they are definitely an eye-catcher and definitely relatively easy to clean, we are not sure whether the Forgiato Cactus Jack is advantageous with regard to the ventilation of the brake system. Although there seems to be a small edge for the ventilation, in vehicles such as a Mercedes G-Class this is very likely not enough to cool the brake system appropriately. The rims are available in sizes 20 ", 22", 24 "and a mighty 26". If we receive more information in a timely manner, there will of course be an update for this report.
