If the soundscape from the 320 hp/420 Nm strong four-cylinder turbo engine of the current VW Golf R (MK8) is a little too poor, you can now give the "eight" hot hatch a much more pleasing sound. And now there is one from the exhaust gas specialists at FOX Exhaust Systems Halbanlage from OPF (Otto particle filter) for the lively Wolfsburg. The system can be seen for the first time at the upcoming Essen Motor Show (03.12. until December 11.12.2022th, 02.12.2022, preview day on December XNUMXnd, XNUMX). The system of our neighbors (Fox's headquarters are only about 15 km away from tuningblog) measures a tight 76 millimeter tube cross-section and ends in two by hand with a high gloss finish polished 2×100 mm twin tailpipes. the End pieces have an interior with perforation and thus convey a certain motorsport flair visually.

The system has two electronically controlled exhaust flaps and is thanks EC certificate even registration-free. Incidentally, if you are satisfied with the standard soundscape of the Golf R, but at the same time want an individual look at the rear, you can also purchase the tailpipes separately for welding to the original rear silencer. You come with me ABE and are available either in the round 2×100 mm version (see pictures) or as an oval variant in 2×115×85 mm.
