From new to old - HRE Alu's on the Porsche 991, 993 and 930

So the new pictures are not really new, we already know several Porsche 991, 993 and also 930er on HRE Performance Wheels alloy wheels. But we definitely haven't had all three types in a photo and definitely we haven't even superficially compared them with each other. But we would like to do that roughly now. But first you should know which vehicle is on which rims. So, the 991 Targa is on the HRE P106, the 993 is on HRE Classic 300 rims and the oldest in the form of the Porsche 930 is allowed to drive on neat HRE C103 rims. But how has the passage of time actually developed when you look at the acceleration values of the three? Let's start with the Porsche 930 as the so-called Flatnose Tag from 1981.

Porsche 930

This special vehicle was a whopping 60% more expensive than a normal 930 and sported a 330 HP unit. This meant that the 930 could sprint from 0 to 100 km / h in under 4,8 seconds and only stopped at 278 km / h (173 mph). We come to the 993 Turbo.

Porsche Turbo 993

This has a whopping 408 hp and gallops to 4,5 km / h in just 100 seconds and only at a powerful 290 km / h (180 mph) does the propulsion come to an end. And the very current one? The 991 Targa also needs 4,5 seconds to 100 km / h and more than 287 km / h (178 mph) are not possible. Awesome thing, but if you want to annoy a current 993 with an "old" 991, that's quite possible.

Porsche 991 Targa

There is not much more to say about the three cars at the moment, so we leave it with the photo story. If we get more information about any further modifications to one of the 911s, there is of course, as always, an update for this post. The best thing is to subscribe to our feed and if there is something new you will be notified immediately. We hope you enjoy looking at the photos.
