Unavoidable is the fact that soon the BMW F90 M5 will replace the current F10 and the elegant sedan will, for better or worse,to the old iron" heard. But neither the silhouette released in 2011 nor the breathtaking technology of the M5 need this in my eyes. Visually, the elegant Limo is still on par with the recently introduced G30 and what the S63T-Bi-Turbo with its maximum 600 PS ("30 years of M5") this is also the case. But it's no use, that's the way time goes and the future will certainly not be boring with the F90 either. If you want to equip yourself for the upcoming top model visually and in terms of performance, this M5 from EAS may be a good template. A lot of changes have been made here that on the one hand elicit significantly more power from the V8 biturbo, and also tighten the look again.
The power of the engine was pushed to over 63 PS by means of ESS Tuning S1 Stage 3 Performance ECU software, Evolution Racewerks Competition Series 600 inch catless downpipes - including complete sports exhaust system - and a BMC sports air filter, so this F10 should at least be on par with the upcoming F90 his. And as far as the visual appearance is concerned, there is by no means any detail that needs to be overhauled. Of course, the Frozen Gray foiling all around in the style of the "30 years M5" and of course the new, 21-inch, ADV.1 Wheels alloy wheels of the type is striking ADV10R Directional Track Spec competition in shiny metallic red. The eye-catching wheel set sets a perfectly accented color and works perfectly well in conjunction with the foiling. Of course, a lowering by means of KW Variant 3 coilover suspension not missing because only with the new alloy wheels and the standard M sports suspension, the Munich limousine should look visually much too high-legged.
There were also new aerodynamic parts and so a carbon diffuser and a discreet spoiler were installed on the rear lid, both of which come from 3D-Design and, in conjunction with the darkened taillights, give the M5 the right finish. The appearance is rounded off by BMW M-Performance kidneys and gills in black as well as side markings in the color of the vehicle in the front and also Frozen Gray foiled reflectors in the rear bumper. If we get more information about the modifications to the M5, there is of course, as always, an update for this report.
