It has been about three weeks since the BMW Tuner G-Power presented his 460 PS & 860 NM strong BMW 7er (G11/G12 750d) with in-house power module D-Tronik 5 V1. Anyone who deals with the BMW brand should certainly not have missed the fact that the B57D30 in-line six-cylinder with variable turbine geometry and common rail direct injection is also installed in the smaller M550d xDrive, and also brings a whopping 400 PS & 760 NM to light there.

So why not build in the power module and give the five-piece a lot more power? And not only that, G-Power has already put together its performance package for the 540i with its three-liter in-line six-cylinder. Using Bi-Tronik 5 V1, the 540i develops 340 PS (250 kW) and a torque of 450 Nm, a full 400 PS (294 kW) and 540 Nm. But the real highlight are the key data of the M5d and the 1d (BMW B550D540) pimped by D-Tronik 57 V30.

Like the 750d, the top diesel model can now send 460 hp (338 kW) and 860 Nm to all four wheels and should therefore come extremely close to the four-second mark to 100 km/h (precise data are currently not available). The 540d is pushed from 320 hp (235 kW) to a proud 385 hp (283 kW) and a maximum torque of 750 Nm and is therefore on par with a standard 550d. And the D-Tronik 530 V520 is also available for the 525d, 5d and 1d and also significantly increases performance here.
And visually you can now show that you drive a G-Power. There is also the in-house, weight-optimized HURRICANE RR wheelset in 20 or 21 inches. The dimensions 9×20 inches for the front axle and 10,5×20 inches at the rear are available and the wheel set is equipped with tires in 245/35 R20 and 285/30 R20 format. If you want one size larger, you can install 9×21 inches at the front and 10,5×21 inches at the rear with tires in 255/30 R21 and 295/25 R21 format. The presentation vehicle also got G-Power emblems on the front and rear, a typical orange painted engine cover and a subtle lowering.
We're not quite sure about the brakes. G-Power installed a system with perforated brake discs and a different brake caliper with Hurricane lettering in orange on this vehicle, but has not published any information about it. - 21 inch forged wheel set (G-POWER HURRICANE RR - 255 / 30R21 / 9,0 × 21 inch - HA 295 / 25R21 / 10,5 x 21 inch)
- Lowering (sports springs, coil springs, sports suspension, coilover suspension - more information is not available)
