Double pack: G-Power BMW GX5M and Mercedes GP 63!

This tuning double pack comes from the G-Power team in the form of G Power BMW GX5M and the G Power Mercedes GP 63! The basis for the renovation is provided by the current generations of the X5 M Competition (F95) and the Mercedes-AMG G 63 (W463A). Both vehicles are already powered ex works with 625 PS / 750 Nm (BMW) and 585 PS / 850 Nm (Mercedes) respectively, but G-Power still sees a lot of room for improvement. And the duo of snow-white off-roaders shows how far "up" it can go. The design of the two could hardly be more different, apart from the black and white style of the body. One is an angular off-roader from Stuttgart and the other, in direct comparison, a sleek SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) from Munich. For both of them G-POWER has multi-level power upgrades in the range that increase the output of luxury offroaders in the range from 700 to a maximum of 800 hp!

BMW GX5M & Mercedes GP 63!

Let's go with Stage 1. To do this, the tuner installs the G-POWER Performance Software GP-700from the 4,4-liter twin-turbo V8 (S63B44B) from now on as the G-POWER GX5M Bi-TURBO marked X5 M tight 700 PS and 850 NM get. And the G-POWER GP 63 Bi-TURBO called AMG G 63 is also gaining strength 700 PS and also receives enormous 950 Nm torque instilled.

The tuning continues with Stage 2 Increase in performance 750 PS. In addition to the software, there are special ones down pipes to. At the same time, the torque in the X5 increases 900 NM on and the AMG even enjoys 1.000 Nm. The sport downpipes are designed to lower the exhaust gas back pressure and the exhaust gas temperature. By the way, the GX5M Bi-TURBO has the from Stage 2 onwards GP DEEPTONE sports exhaust system installed with flap function. And the GP 63 Bi-TURBO gets a newly programmed one for this Drive control unit (CPC module) for increasing the torque release and the top speed.

Stage 3 to 800 PS with turbo upgrade

And the last expansion stage on the part of G-Power is the variant Stage 3. The hardware changes from Stage 2 are joined by the GP-800 performance software and for that it needs a Turbocharger upgrade for more boost pressure and higher air mass processing. And from Stage 3 onwards there is also the Bi-TURBO for the GP 63 GP DEEPTONE exhaust system with flap technology on top. The result of Stage 3 leads to each 800 PS and the X5 is delighted with 950 Nm as well as the Benz even over powerful 1.050 Newton meter.

And as always there is Optional also the in-house G-POWER forged wheels made of high-tech aircraft aluminum of the type HURRICANE RS or HURRICANE RR. Both are in XXL format 11 × 23 in available and installed on the two photo vehicles. Furthermore, both still have one G-Power emblem there (BMW front / rear, Mercedes rear) and in the cabin there was one for both vehicles G-Power plaquee, to point out the exclusive increase in performance of the engines. They both wear one too G-Power carbon engine cover in orange under the hood. And finally ... twice as good!
