The Golf GTI TCR is still the fastest and most powerful Golf with front-wheel drive that you can buy. Only the all-wheel-drive R version ex works has even more power. But the TCR is actually not significantly weaker. The R has only 10 hp more than the special GTI. He enjoys a whopping 290 horses that are let loose on the two front wheels.
