Mega - HAMANN BMW G30 from DS automobile & autowerke

We present the probably most beautiful BMW 5er sedan of the new generation G30! At least when it comes to us. The vehicle was from the Swiss company DS automobiles & auto plants get set up and come up with a complete Hamann Motorsport makeover. Only a few days ago Hamann Motorsport has the new aerodynamic components for the BMW 5er G30 and G31 Touring and it is of course not surprising that the Hamann Motorsport importer for Switzerland gets the new components delivered at top speed. And a vehicle for the conversion was already ready and so we could start.

The chic sedan got missed the discreet front spoiler in the front which makes for an even more dynamic front. Not to be missed, of course, the black kidneys and inserts for the fenders, which can optionally be ordered directly from BMW. Also, the brand new approaches for the side skirts were used to ensure that the lines of the front spoiler are also continued in the side view. And of course there were also changes to the rear because here the elegant sedan carries the Hamann Motorsport roof spoiler and the three-piece rear spoiler on the tailgate.

Only a subtle approach to the rear apron would have been an option in our eyes, but since the M-Sport package apron comes with a contrasting rear panel, this is less dramatic. The changes to the body are rounded off by the typical Hamann Motorsport emblems front and rear which are used as a replacement for the original BMW emblems. The absolute highlight turns in our opinion but in the wheel arches. Here you built the classic Hamann Anniversary Evo Black Line rims in 21 inches equipped with ultra-thin high-speed tires from Continental.

And so that the wheelset sits perfectly in the wheel well, there was also a significant lowering for the Munich. In which way the body was lowered is not known to us at the current time however. As an option, Hamann offers sport springs for lowering by about 30 millimeters, but we would rather guess that here a coilover suspension or at least adjustable sports springs are installed. Much more is there due to the little information available to us not to say so that we leave it in the impressive pictures. If there are more details about the changes, there is of course, as always, an update for this report. • various performance increases (e.g. 520d +30 PS on 220 PS & 460 NM - series 190 PS & 400 NM, M5 F90 on 630 PS etc.)
• Hamann Motorsport sports exhaust system with a maximum of four tailpipes (anodized tailpipe trims in silver or black)
• various track spreads
