After tuners like G-Power, AC Schnitzer or 3D design The traditional BMW tuner Hamann Motorsport has now refined the new 5 Series G30 & G31. Whether sedan or touring, the modifications are available for both variants. The main focus is on a chic aerodynamics package that consists of a filigree front spoiler attachment, side skirts, a roof spoiler and a rear apron insert. Optionally, you can equip the 5 Series with tailor-made air inlet panels and rear winglets that are known from motorsport. The changes to the rear end are available in two versions.
You can choose between an elegant or a very sporty rear end and only your personal taste makes the decision. But of course the team from Laupheim also has performance improvements for the 5 series at the start. And these have it all, especially in view of the new M5. But the 520d can already be on the road with Hamann Motorsport Power and is pushed by 30 HP up to 220 HP. At the same time, the torque increases to 460 Newton meters, which is of course clearly noticeable compared to the 400 NM series performance.
Not quite finished yet, but already in the works, is a Hamann Motorsport sound package that will come in the form of a sports exhaust system with a maximum of four tailpipes and anodized tailpipe trims in silver or black. The highlight is likely to be the soon available performance increase for the brand new F90 M5, which the tuner wants to increase to 630 PS in a first attempt. And the dynamics are also optimized so that the performance can be optimally implemented, Hamann has developed a tuning of the chassis. A lowering of about 30 millimeters is achieved by means of sport springs and, in combination with wheel spacing, the last bit of sportiness is squeezed out of the chassis.
The appearance is rounded off with an in-house wheel set, and the presentation vehicle decides to use 21 inch-sized Hamann Anniversary Evo Black Line rims with tires in 255 / 30 / 21 on the front and 295 / 25 / 21 on the rear. The built-in kidneys in black and in combination with Hamann emblems in front and behind could not be more successful from the BMW M Performance Parts Shelf.
