In addition to the BMW 6er convertible, the Mercedes SL R231 FL is probably one of the most elegant ways to enjoy open-air driving pleasure from Stuttgart. Especially the facelift version of the current R231 series Mercedes is extremely well done and the vehicle looks, even with a barely changed look from the year 2001, modern and fresh. As elegant as the vehicle is the HCA162S wheel set from the Swiss company BC Forged Wheels, With a filigree 5 double-spoke design, the two-piece rim is perfect for the noble SL to miss the certain individuality without exaggeration. A few days ago, BC Forged Wheels posted a white SL that just got this 2-part 20 inch HCA162S wheelset in plain matte black. In addition, there was a subtle lowering and completely tinted windows all around.
Black accents in the form of gills and nameplates on the rear round off the overall package harmoniously and show that the SL can be unmistakably individualized with minimal changes and still retain its subtle understatement. There isn't much more to say about the car so we leave it with the pictures. If we get more information about the modifications to the SL, there is of course, as always, an update for this report.
