Lifting - 2020 Hennessey Ford F-150 VelociRaptor V8!

The American tuner Hennessey performance lifts the In 2018 Ford F-150 presented VelociRaptor! And luckily, it stays with the V8. Basically, the vehicle is identical to the VorFacelift and only adapted to the 2020 model year. However, Ford will present the completely new version of the top seller online via live stream on June 25, 2020, and work on the new edition of the bestseller for Hennessey will soon begin. And we hope that generation 14 of America's most successful car will also receive a VelociRaptor version with V8. Yes, back to the (still) current model. It continues to position itself somewhere between the Goliath 6 × 6 and the F-150 Heritage Edition from Hennessey and will continue to start WITHOUT Ecoboost V6.

Five-liter V8 with compressor

Instead, the well-known five-liter V8 from Ford, which Hennessey uses 2,9-liter supercharging, modified intake, new injection nozzles, an air-water intercooler and other changes, has increased to a hefty 758 hp. That's enough power to accelerate to 4,1 km / h in just 100 seconds and to complete the quarter mile in just 12,2 seconds, and with a top speed of 185 km / h. So you even leave some athletes behind! And to ensure that the colossus comes to a standstill again, they are upgrading to a high-performance sports brake system from Brembo with red calipers and large perforated discs. And the gigantic appearance is befitting. Hennessey is also installing a completely new metal bumper on the 2020 model including additional LED lights, LED bar and bull bumper with "Velociraptor" lettering and massive steps for easier entry. A substantially reduced apron is also installed at the rear and a highlight is of course the completely changed chassis.

Stage 2 off-road suspension with 6-inch lift kit

Hennessey installs a Stage 2 off-road suspension with 6-inch lift kit and there are 20-inch beadlock rims with BF Goodrich KM03 off-road tires in king size. The soundscape of the V8 is audible via a specially made right / left sports exhaust system with black tailpipes and all around the F-150 receives various Hennessey / Raptor lettering and, if desired, another LED light bar on the roof. In contrast, the cabin has not changed. We are already familiar with the special badges, the headrests with the tuner's logo and of course the sequential numbering badge. We currently have no further details on the 2020 model year of the Hennessey Ford F-150 VelociRaptor V8. If we receive timely information on further changes not previously mentioned, there is of course an update for this report.
